Need re-barrel help

I have a rifle chambered in 6mm ppc that I would like to have re-barreled into a 20 ppc. Knowing nothing about it other than I would like to have one. Could you guys help me with that. Need to know neck diameter, barrel length , twist rate and any other thing that you could recommend. I would be shooting 39-40 grain bullets. This will be a long range squirrel gum. Thanks.
Dan

I have a 20 Blitz ( 20PPCAI) from my understanding mine is based off the Norma 22PPC brass which 220 Russian doesn't work. Mine has a .232 neck cant , remember the freebore but if I was doing my own reamer I would do zero freebore.
I've only tried Speer 39 TNT and this is how it shot fireforming brass.
It really likes AA2520, I think RL15 works well also but not sure if you can get enough in the case.

Thanks for the replies.. I would like to go the "AI "route but since I already have the 6ppc die I think(not sure) that I could us with smaller bushing. What would be the best twist rate for 39 & 40 grain.

If you are topping out at 40 grain bullets I would go with 1in 11" twist. It will do well with the 32 grainers as well
