No, a vote today only means that they need to manufacture more votes than you. As 2020 showed us, it's not who votes, but who counts the votes. The time for action has come, but how many will answer the call? Without good leadership, any protest will fail and fizzle away. Be that as it may, I am willing to defend the country I grew up in.
I can't run, I can't move with much, if any speed ............... but I can still shoot if need be for the defense of my family, country and the patriotism that was instilled in me by my parents and grandparents. I hope it never comes to that, having to take up arms against my countrymen .... but my family, country, patriotism and values come first.

Please re think that idea. My understanding is that if there is a Constitutional
Convention EVERYTHING INCLUDING THE BILL OF RIGHTS IS UP FOR GRABS!!
The way things are Manipulated and Twisted around We could end up WORSE

The Constitution is NOT Perfect! But it's the BEST FORM of Government that has

I think you are confusing the "Convention of the States" under Article 5 by the founders with a Constitutional Convention. Any change to the Constitution by a "Convention of States" would require a 38 state majority to become a reality. Any bets on the chances of EVER getting 38 states to ratify a change to the constitution? Amendments, maybe, but a change to the Bill of Rights? Not on your life.

I totally agree that is the THEORY. but with the way this LAST ELECTION went,
my inner sense says RATHER SAFE THAN SORRY.!
What exact changes would you like to see that would require an Article 5 that couldn't
be handled by due process?
Not trying to put you on the spot....just cautious about big moves and thinking about
Joe Stalin's quote about voting as possibly ending up being used in other ways.

Last night I was so mad that I wanted to scream, knowing there was no end to what the criminals would do. It started many years ago with the college students listening to the increasing leftist professors. We noticed, but sent our children to them anyway knowing that they were at the stage to fall into the far left. Now there are very few moderate universities.

Somewhere along the line, these students became our government. They have inched along every year until 2020, when they managed somehow to win the Presidency, the House and for "Giggles" the Senate + the Rino's.

In 20 months, they destroyed our country and I'm sure they have more of their dirty little tricks ready to go. Just look at the people that got the positions in the Biden regime, not a bit of talent in the bunch. They were picked by whoever is running the presidency, because it's not the President, he doesn't know Come Here From Sic'um.

I agree and understand. I had a friend from England for several years that used to
come over and visit our family. His Dad was a WWII vet and talked about how Amazing the U.S. Troops were compared to the English in some situations because of their ingenuity that he felt the English counterpart lacked.
I guess that's where our "Trust In God" comes in.
I have also watched several times the story of the USS LIBERTY and LISTENED TO the words of the Star Spangled Banner that inspire me to believe that some Higher Power wants LIBERTY to PREVAIL!
I"m willing to stick around, do what I can and TRUST that somehow we will make it
through despite the odds. Maybe like a David vs Goliath situation. If you haven't
read that story, it is a good one to refresh.
I do know that living under TYRANNY IS not for me!

Only 1 vote per state under the Convention of States to ratify or kill any amendment/law the legislature would propose. The whole point was to return control to a more local basis if federal government became too large to serve the wishes of the majority of the populace on their local levels.
