Need Gunsmith to machine Ruger 77/22 bolt

I'm converting a Ruger 77/22 LR to 77/22 magnum and need to find a gunsmith that has experience with this conversion to machine a bolt for me. It's a pretty simple process and some actually do it with a Dremel motor and grinding wheel. I'd rather find someone with the right equipment to do it.

The pics show both 22LR and 22Mag bolts and what is needed is to lengthen the groove in the bolt. Top bolt is 22LR and bottom bolt is 22Mag.
