Need Form to Record Range Data

Does anyone have a form listing the important data I need to record at the range? I have found that my chicken scratch on the back of targets makes deciphering the data difficult. In doing my due diligence before posting this request, I noticed several people mentioned Excel data base, but I saw no examples of the data I need to record. I would like to be able to input the information at the range, but a simple form would be great. I would buy a data program if there is a good one available for a reasonable price.

You can print them out and they've got information for wind direction, light conditions, temp, load data, etc and they're FREE!!

I use the targets that Sky showed. Go to an office supply store like Staples or Office Max and buy a ream of 110lb paper and have them printed on it. It is heavy paper. I use a three hole punch and keep them in a loose leaf binder. I have my targets and data all in one. I have modified them slightly so I have space for weather and wind conditions.

One thing that works for me is I bought a sleeve of 2x4" mailing labels (Avery) and designed my own label with the info I wanted. Just paste em on whatever your shooting at. Works great for reloading labels too.

Hey, Microsoft Word supports the Avery lable and its easy as eating Rhubarb Cream Pie A la Mode..
