Need caliber selection help currently a 243 win, thinking xc?

I have a rem 700 in 243win "how many rounds of barrel life can I get?" Ive only shot 15 rounds through it..

I was thinking 6mmbr but have heard it doesnt like to mag feed. So I have recently been looking at the 6mmxc..

I want a round that can give me good barrel life, good accuracy, and I want it to feed from a mag. Also I would like 3000fps with a 105gr bullet..
