Have a Winchester Post 70 action that I had FS, but just didn't work out. So I need advise. I have decided to have a target barrel installed caliber 300WSN. I want someone to suggest what lenght barrel to get? and so forth. I then will send it to Mr Russo for a stock for it. Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thank Lou

You need to decide which events you want to participate in. If High Power and/or F-class a moderately heavy 26-28" in that caiber would keep you in the running out to 1000 yards. If Tactical, a normal bull barrel 24" should get the job done (you have to carry those more). I would decide which way you want to go before you get a stock as each discipline has different stock requirements.
