need advise leupold m8 36x vs leupold fx 30x

Hi guy I am thinking about purchase one of these one is a leupold m8 36x used and the other is a new leupold fx 30x .Are the older m8 scope good because they seem to cost as much as a new fx scope I was wanting to know some opinions .Also how does the weaver t-36 compare.Thanks
