need advice.

I use a Redding decapping die to remove primers from my cases. Well it finally happened, I snapped off a decapping pin. Now hers my question. I think Redding only glues these pins in. What can i use to desolve the glue, so i can grab the pin and pull it out?

If it is really glued in,I would barely touch it in a safe place with a propane torch to just break the bond or call redding.
