Need a bit of Info

Getting ready to drop some money on a new Nightforce 12-42x56 Benchrest for my Savage F-Class.. Anyone that can give me the outside bell diameter so I can figure the ring height i need? All I can find is the objective diameter.
 
John: Just measured one of my NF BR, mounted on a Savage mdl. 12, heavy varmint contour Krieger, straight taper, without the barrel nut, so have the full 1.250" shank diameter.

The maximum diameter of the objective, where the gripping surface is for the parallax adjustment is 2.717". I use the Burris Signature Zee rings, extra high & have .145" of clearance.

Base mount is the very low, 2 piece Weaver.
