I was wondering if there was anyone who would be interested in turning (250) Norma 300 saum cases that are necked down to 7 Saum. Don’t need a lot off for cleanace purposes. I necked then down with a bushing tonight and they won’t chamber without a lot of pressure. The unsized portion of brass is sticking out to much. I did use a bushing die and expander mandrel.

Your problem is using a bushing die to reduce to 7mm. You need a full length sizing die so that the whole neck gets sized.
Is your 7 SAUM a “no turn neck” chamber?
I think a FL sizing for will solve your problem rather than turning down the brass.
What reamer was used or do you know your chamber specs?
Can’t help you unless you know the specifics. There is a NO turn that exists for those who wish to size down from 300saum and there’s another no turn for those using 7saum brass but only you know what you have.
Your cheapest alternative at the moment is to use a FL sizing die. If that fails then you can worry about paying to get the brass turned.

DJ’s brass. Going from 30 to 7mm will make them thicker than starting out a 7mm (that extra neck dia has to go somewhere) anytime you neck down you need to turn
