When I turn brass for my 22 GT , it’s a .250 tight neck, I cut a couple thousandths into the shoulder to help with minimizing or eliminating “donuts”. ( I use 6 GT brass necked down as I have a number of cases)
The question, does anyone have a step/simple solution on removing the slight edge in the shoulder? You can feel it with a fingernail. I don’t have a tapered cutter and thus it s just the way it is. Been thinking about a small rod wrapped with Emory cloth and just doing a light spin against the neck/shoulder ….? What thoughts/advice are out there?
