Neck turning 40 degree cutter for K&M

I read the article below, I have been looking for the 40 degree cutter for my new K&M but cant find it on their site, also looked at the sinclair options, wondering if any of you can tel me what part number for a cutter is, I dont like cutting that 1/32 inch into the case, just makes me a bit worried, would like to blend it like the pics in the article.

MB1, my friend has the K&M tool and has a 40" cutter while I have a Sinclair #4000 and just purchased a 40" for it. We both just called and told them which cutter we needed and woola, had them in short order. Part# for Sinclair is NT-3140.
