40 degree cutter for forster neck turner

The tool in the Forster hand tool is similar. You could hand grind the Forster tool in 2 or 3 minutes. It does not really have to be carbide.
I would prefer high speed steel since it is so easy to regrind and hone.
I have 4 Forster (original lathe type) neck turner tools, 1 made by Ferris Pindell, 2 Marquart knock offs, an original Marquart and a K&M.
The little screw cutters in the 4 Forsters have a carbide tip but they are not suited for what you want to do. The others are easy to grind a tool by hand.
