Neck Turner Preference

I have a Sinclair carbide turning mandrel. Will it fit in the 21ST century turner??

I believe so but it’s been several years since I used the 21st century but I’ll go down to the loading room and find out for ya

Yes sir my PMA 21st Century and Sinclair all take the same. I haven’t use the 21st century in at least 5 years I cleaned it up put a .284 mandrel in it and turned a F.C 7-08 all in about 10 minutes.

I had the full K&M system but sold it to acquire the PMA tools. For hand turning it was a good move. I’ve gone on to the 21st lathe which works great for large batches and has prevented a lot of the arthritic pain in my hands that I experience with hand turning. I still have and won’t sell the PMA set up. It’s just real good equipment and who knows- I might need it sometime!
