Okay I'm a new loader and am trying to get a handle on how neck tension is adjusted. Is it by adjusting the die up or down in the press? Can someone please help me out?
Thanks

Keep in mind that seating force is friction, and not a direct indication of bullet grip(actual tension).BoydAllen said:while very slight differences in runout may not show up at the target, at long range, I understand that the same cannot be said of small differences in bullet seating force.
