Opinions on neck sizing with bushings. should you size all of the neck to the shoulder or leave a portion not sized.

I setup/adjust/lock down all my Full Length dies that utilize a Bushing, so that when I shake the die, I can hear a little movement of the bushing within the cavity created for it. This leaves a small portion [25 to 30%] near the Neck/Shoulder junction that doesn't get sized. The portion that doesn't get sized, aides in centering or aligning the case within the chamber.
