Neat magazine design

Yes but nothing any of us can do about that. I am not fond of my voice. I sound like Darth Vader. Everyone thinks I have a great speaking voice but I think I sound like a Gorillia or Kodiak Bear that has been taught to speak. In fact on phones and two way radios I am told I do not sound like myself and that is because of the limited range of the microphones and transmit audio band width of those devices.

I long ago got over how much I do not like the sound of my voice.

In this young mans case it is not the pitch of his voice or the grit/rattle in it, it is the nasual sounds and his pacing or rythm I think that will set some people off. Ben Shipero(sp) has a similar delivery but his voice is a bit smoother and he can be hard to listen to for too long.

I was attending a lecture once in Huntsville Alabama from an actual rocket scientist. Everything this man said was 100% correct but he sounded like Buba from the FOrest Gump movie. I actual thought to myself " This guy is brilliant but he sounds like an ignorant hick. He has to fight to be accepted every time he opens his mouth!" and then I felt guilty for thinking that! I had to attend speech therby as a child to over come stuttering and some letter substutions. I was called retarded and bullied for my speech as a child so I get it!
