The anti-gun just can not be trusted.

Properly reloaded ammo is not any more dangerous then factory ammo.
They are saying that factory ammo never blew in a firearm. I almost puked when hearing that.
Why would a indoor range want you to bring in outside ammo? Anyone see the sign on the till?
Shortage? Sure if DHS did not need 1.6 BILLION rounds there would be plenty of ammo to be had.

Fowler Firearms doesn't allow reloaded ammo on their shooting range.

Of course they don't they want you to buy your ammo from them. Who would put up with this?

Be articulate and reasonable.

Cite your experience and tell them that reloading cannot be inherently dangerous as the article states.

Safe reloads takes experience and patience. Most of us on this forum started out on single stage presses. If you load rifle ammo, it is virtually impossible to double charge. Squib loads are easily preventable, by double checking your reloads on a scale. The problem occurs when inexperience reloaders start reloading pistol ammo on progressive reloading presses where you can double and even triple charges using some of the faster powders. Equally dangerous are the squib loads, recycle and kaboom. Dillon is running as much as 2 months behind on their orders. If you go on some of the handgun sites you will see where first time reloaders are bragging how they can load hundreds of rounds an hour on their shinny new progressive presses. Frankly this is a little scary to me......Ray

Thank God somebody finally warned me. I just wish they would have spoke up 27 years ago when I first started. I would sell all of my gear but you guys have probably already flooded the market :)

I guess he doesn't take into account all the factory recalls for Faulty loaded ammo.
