Here is a photo of the my wife's 6PPC. I just Pillar bedded with Devcon and Automotive Clear coated a CSR stock with adjustable cheek piece. Also inletted stainless steel escutchion and stainless swivel stud adapter (so she can shoot off a bipod) flush with bottom of the stock. 14 twist barrel on a 40X action, Jewell trigger, Leupold VX3 8.5-25X50 Target Dot. Rifle likes Bart's Ultras, N133, Fed Match primers.

Wayne, Did have an ST1000 stock with a makeshift foam cheek piece, and she did outshoot me with that setup. Cost me a dinner! I hope this new stock works for her. If not, I'm in a lot of hot water :)

We have only been to a couple of informal shoots. Front rests were not allowed, but bipods and rear bags are. The distance was 300 yards. She shoots off a Sinclair bipod for those comps. She won the women's division and got 6th overall with it and her old stock. This stock has a 3" forend, so would work well with a good front rest also. We are both in our 60's, so I doubt we will start now to be NRA sanctioned Competitive shooters. We have a range out to 300 yards here at home and just like to shoot when the weather is decent. We both hunt, me more than her, but she is a deer slayer!

That is just awesome!! the whole story! I think if your both healthy and can afford it your way young enough to start what ever type competition you would want to do and with a rifle like that you could do it in style, best of luck at what ever you do,...both of you :)
Wayne.
