I think the 3 piece bag is great, since it lets you adjust to different stock widths. I think it is a waste of money to so call fix a problem that doesn't exist. I'll buy more bullets and powder and let other people waste their money on a top they don't really need.

Seb also produces a single piece bag for his rests. The only "common complaint" I heard (quite some time ago), and was not at all common, was from a small group of people who actually believed the 3 piece design would trap the stock and give an unfair advantage to those using them You can also tighten the side plates on a fixed top and trap the stock Why would anyone want to sacrifice the adjustability on the SEB rest?

Worry not S.E.B.! I would NOT have your front rest-top made any other way than the way it is currently made. I can secure my SAUM so there is no misalignment caused by torque, because of those "movable ears"! As a matter of fact, if you DID change it, I would then have a complaint!

In this case, criticism is the greatest form of flattery! Worry not SEB your rests are still in great demand years after the first one hit the range. A feat seldom achieved but by the very best. Your ability to adapt to your clientele and innovative improvements to your products speak for themselves.

I bought a NEO slightly used that came with 2 1-piece bags and 1 3-piece bag but have only ever used the 3 piece bag for all of my rifles, it seems to be one of the most adjustable front bags...no complain or complaint here!

I own at least 5 front rests...... The SEB..... is worth the wait..... It works and works well.......
I HAVE NEVER HEARD A COMPLAINT ABOUT A SEB REST........ until now...... poor practice running down another mans work...... close to professional politics.....ethics..... BAD MANNERS....
