My new travel case.

Full disclosure: I’m not connected to the vendor from which I purchased this other than a satisfied customer.
The case is a Pelican 1450 with a double layer custom foam inserts. The vendor is Gunfoam.com.

They worked with me every step of the way and I couldn’t be more pleased. The guns fit just like the foam inserts were made for them. (Wait! They were made for them!). I’ve attached some pics. If you change guns, they will make new foam. They can make you foam if you have an existing case. This company isn’t necessarily the lowest price for this service, but you get the ultimate product in this category, IMO. The case pictured was just over $220.00 with the inserts. You get your choice of color for the background foam. They make cases in many sizes and can supply foam for most cases. If you need a case for air travel, or just to and from the range, you can’t get better than this.

The 41 has a Clark barrel. But the Wadgun isn’t a Clark. But it shoots!

How do you like your model 41? One of those is on my shortlist.

Mines an “A” prefix, meaning made in the 1970s era. It shoots very well and functions fine. There are no quirks to speak of. Some ammo it does not like (Aguila Standard velocity will NOT function) but there are plenty others that work well.
