I wanted everyone to know how PROUD I am of my oldest son and his graduation of MCRD in San Diego this past week. It was one of the proudest moments of my life. We got to spend 1/2 a day with him Thursday around the base, and witness 476 graduating Marines on Friday.

Congrats to you,
You have every right to be shining as bright as his shoes and buckle. i have spent almost 18 years taking care of my brothers in arms. It has been both my pleasure and an honor. I will be here if he needs me. Semper Fi.

For the rest of his life, nobody can take that proud moment away from him (and you) Now we have to pray that no harm comes to him in his career.

Congratulations!
He has just EARNED the greatest label that anyone can have bestowed upon them...MARINE. That is something nobody can ever take from him.

I spent 5yr as an 0311, Fallujah, Kuwait, Columbia, many other places. I have spent the last 3yrs as a Corpsman here in San Diego and get to see MCRD almost every week. Tell him to keep his chin up and it's going to suck at times, but no one can stop time. :D Adam
