My message count is going up but no new in inbox.

Just like title says. I keep seeing my message count going up on the upper right but I see no new messages in my inbox.

The new format labels your posts as "messages". It has nothing to do with your personal messages, but relates to the number of your "posts".

1800, wonder what happened to those numbers ???

Larry click your name, top tool bar, drop down will appear click on your name there also, should bring up your total messages as they are called now?

Larry, I read somewhere a while back that the boss deleted a bunch of for sale posts to save on server space. So if you are/were a heavy poster in the classifieds, your post count will be dramatically decreased.

I have clicked on every thing imaginable, and I find
no post information numbers other than the 434 thats on my
main screen. I must be computer illiterate.

Oh one other thing, I cant find a way to delete the
alert messages. Is there a way??? LDS

I had close to 300 (if I remember correctly) and they went poof! Not 100% guarantee, but...I sometimes use a posters message/trade numbers to determine if I want to send that person any money for goodies.
