My latest project 30BR

[LONGRIFLES]

Hi,
I wanted to share some pictures of my latest customer project 30BR for some of the guys that like the fancy stuff. This gun is not for sale but I can duplicate it in any color or action, barrel, stock combination desired. I did not paint this gun, I can do nice basic and candy colors but the flames and pinstriping are left to the truly talented painters. I would compare this paint work to that I have seen from Mike Cavanaugh and others.

Gorgeous rifle...is that a polished Stolle Grizzly II action.??...Do you prefer a right bolt/right port over the right/left configuration?

Hi Eddie,
You are correct, that is a Grizzly that I polished myself. The right bolt, right port was the customer preference. I just build them like the customer wants.

I just wanted to Thank everyone for all the nice comments on the rifle, I spend a lot of time on finish work and hope it shows. I expect a rifle to shoot as good as it looks, that is important to me.

If that one shoots as good as it looks, perhaps I should just stay home!! That stock paint job with a Ronnie Long polish job on the metals will absolutely make a freight train take a dirt road. Y'all done good!

Everyone knows I am a HUGE Ronnie Long fan..... but I truly know that you take the extra time to make sure everything is PERFECT when you build one. That is exactly why I have two!!!!! Cant wait to get a third.

I just bought a used Ronnie Long 30 BR.
Very pretty girl, her name is Brandy.
First group out of the gun was a .187"
The first three were just a bullet hole in increasing darkness.
If I was'nt gigglin like a schoolgirl after shot 3 I might have kept it tighter ;D
Can't wait to go out on our second date.
