Looks like his was turned in a lathe. I don't have a lathe or the skill, so I just use a set of 1/4" drive deep sockets. Works like a champ.I'm hoping to find time to build what you have.
PeterJustin, what did you use as your shell holder? Doesn't seem like the brass needs to be held much. A light friction fit would be nice so that batches can be done quickly. I'm hoping to find time to build what you have.

I used a piece of 3/4 aluminum rod, checked it up in my lathe and bored a hole in it then used a endmill to make the bottom flat. The arbor is a piece of 3/8" grade 8 bolt turned down and pressed in the aluminum..
