I have a muzzle break with a aluminum blast management sleave.
any of you have experience with these.
I'm just wondering if I should remake the sleave out of 4140 or something to keep from having the sleave come apart on me at the range.
Any help apreciated thanks

I have no experience with these but like the idea an will get one for testing soon. From an engineering standpoint, the pressure forces on the sleeve will be balanced and radial. There is a good chance your aluminum sleeve will be fine. If it is made by a reputable company, which means it was adequately tested, then I wouldn't worry about it. Keep an eye on it as it will crack/deform before it breaks but I would shoot it before I rebuilt it.
