muzzle brake????

have a 7mm rem mag that I would like to get a few inches cut off the barrel and a muzzle brake installed. Who would you guys recommend I send it to? It shoots real good but i'm not a big fan of the recoil.

Have you considered a suppressor or are they perhaps not legal?
It'll give you pretty much the same brake effect and it's certainly a lot healthier to use...

It is illegal to use a suppressor while hunting in Ohio - OK for target use, though.

Fascinating isn't it Roe -near any goober can own a .50 or full auto in the US but many states don't allow rifle suppressors.

They'll wake up one day I guess

full auto's no, need a class 3 license. Not impossible to get but hard & there better not be any ink blots on your record. 50's are everywhere, I could walk in one of the local shops & buy one today.

There are some people putting big pushes on to legalize suppressors in several states.

The interesting comparison Larry is the UK. Compared to the US, they have ridiculously restrictive gun laws but suppressors are near std on most centrefires. Go figure
