Can one tell what is the best multi caliber cleaning kit on the market.

The best one is the one you assemble yourself from quality components (proshot, sinclairs, dewey, etc), consiting of a quality 1-piece rod, a boreguide, brushes, jags and patches. Unique to the rifle, action & caliber..

Multi-caliber kit sounds like something from Ronco.. ;D

That's like asking what's the prettiest girl, Blonde, Brunette or Red head,
Teasing aside;
I'd look for kit's with looped end brushes and swabs and brass fittings vrs aluminum, they're simply better made than clipped ends. A selection of jags in the kit would be nice too.
Personally, I simply haven't ever found a multi caliber kit that has what I want. They either have alot of stuff I don't need, or are missing things I do need.

I agree with what Rod said. Put your own cleaning tools together. I use:
