Mueller scopes

Anyone try'd a Mueller scopes, I am wondering if the hype is all that or just made up, I have been looking at their 8X32X44 target scope for throwing on the almost finished 6MM BR, and was wondering if they are as good as people say, I know you get what you pay for, but I would like to try one from what I have heard. ???

I have had 3 of these scopes...on various rifles - 2 6x24x50 Eraticators and one 4x16x50. My advise to you is, not to use one on a rifle that you want pinpoint accuracy. I put one on a newly built 6br and could not hold good groups. I switched over to a weaver 36x and the results were much better. The Muellers have good clarity and I like the illuminated dot. I still have one on a deer rifle, but I have got rid of the ones on my target and varmint rifles due to problems holding zero. Hope this helps.

Had one on a Thompson Encore 25-06 for years Great scope for the money It has held up great from the recoil Groups fine from firing to firing

I have a 8..5-25 X 50 Eraticator on a .17HMR. Great scope, I would rather have a side focus over the front focus though,

They are like all really cheap scopes. You might get one the works really well for a while but you can't count on them 100% of the time. Same old story YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR 98% OF THE TIME 1% YOU WIN 1% YOU LOSE.
