Mounting a Picatiny rail to a Sako P94

I am looking for a Picatiny rail that mounts to the 11 mm groove (dovetail) of a Sako P94 FinnFire. Warne shows to have an adapter but it list both 3/8" and 11 mm. My attempts to use 3/8" groove 30 mm rings wasn't successful. Any ideas? I think you guys that shoot CZ rimfires have the same issue.

I have a 25MOA picatinny scope rail by DIProducts from Kinney's Supply, part no. 17008 on my Sako P94 Finnfire. Fits and works well.
