Most common/best lightweight scope rings for F-T/R

What rings are most using for their F-T/R rifles? Scope doesn't matter as most use 52-56mm obj I see and 30mm main tube I would assume most use. I am not interested in the height of the ring, or finish, how it mounts or anything like that. Just simply look at what shooters in F-T/R are using and why. Thank you!
