Thought you might enjoy another video of the creation of the two-tone Vortex knob to match the Vortex bolt/barrel fluting. First step is to Cerakote the bolt blank and then
the fun begins. Hope you enjoy the video. Normally there is a $10.00 up charge for the knob due to the work involved. This is being waved for the group buy. Won't get a better
deal than this. ;D

Yes, I write all the programs for my CNC mill. Lots of fun and something that I really enjoy doing.

I use to run a machine similar to that, you never forget the sound of that Haas Beep. Haven't programmed anything like that for so long I can barely remember the 1st "saftey line". How does it go? G0 Z0 G80 G90 G40 G49 G20 ... I know there is more but thats all I got.

It's there. Hard to explain, but it's like an extendable sheet metal tube. If that makes any sense.Lol. Completely covers the x and y axis. Actually works quite well and no problems to date. Thanks for your concern though.
