Monster loading block

Ranger, it's my understanding that time spent at a bench containing that loading block is, in fact, not deducted from your account.

Alb, that may have gone over my head. But if you're referring to time I have allotted on earth, you may be right. The bench does look like a shrine with that block on it. There is also a crucifix on the wall!

Your interpretation is correct, sir. Today, I received word that two blocks are on their way to me, so I'm guessing that might in fact run my clock backwards.

Yep, Bob told me he'd shipped your blocks. Let me know if you're feeling younger, or if your winky gets bigger. Hec, the dual cartridge block I want him to make could give me Super Powers

I'll give you super powers with that dual loading block. I made a block today for a 45/70. A shooter drove 200 miles just to watch it being milled. Then he stayed another two hours to take a second one home for his buddy.

I showed Bob how to shoot golf balls so far that you couldn't see them. Bob, anytime you need another shooting lesson just let me know.
Can't wait to see my block. Later buddy

Email me your shipping address so I can get this thing out of my shop, before someone steals it.

Bob,
My next loading block needs a couple of small modifications. It should be universal, so, make the holes .750", then make inserts for each cartridge head size. Each hole should have a 10x32 threaded hole for a set screw to lock in the inserts. Make the block round, and stepped. A tapered roller bearing supported spindle in the center. Mariner wheel spokes. And the spindle should extend downward through the bench, and have a foot wheel at the bottom, so you can control the block by hand or with a foot. Also, make the spindle in a diameter to match standard v-belt pulley shaft bore. 5/8" will do. That way we can retrofit a DC motor.

I bought some of those stepped loading blocks. They are great. Easy to reach the back ones.

Bob just made me a .378" block. I told him I'm gonna TIG weld them together, back to back. I think he now wants to remove my nutsticles

Just received my latest loading block from Bob. I love this little block. A lot of my loading is for test or hunting load replenishment. A 25 rd block will be perfect for that. He added that into a shipment of fixtures, and loading blocks for a good friend of mine that's sweating in Somalia right now. Thank you, Bob.

Bob, that's your pig skull next to the block. Best tusks I've ever taken.

Hey folks. Been a long time since I've been here. I'm gearing up to start F Open shooting and got a new purdy item coming in the next day or so. This loading block is solid aluminum and I think he said it weighs 10 lbs. Knowing Bob Pastor, I'm sure it'll be even prettier than the photos. I can't wait to get my hands on this thing!

What's the next step. Take them out of the fancy loading block and put them in smaller containers. How long do they reside in the $150 block? I could find better uses for my limited cash.
