Moly Coating Removal

I came into alot of moly coated bullets, Is it possible to remove the moly coating? If so what should I use?. Thanks Lou

Tumbling in corncob media will take it off.

I'm pretty sure soap and water will wash it off then tumble.

Tumble them. Shooting them will take it off, but that puts it in your barrel, and I know I sure don`t want any Molly in any of my barrels.

Thanks for the replies. Don't want to shoot them in any of my barrels. Will try the recommended. If I tumble in media can I still use the same media to clean brass afterwards? or do I have to discard the media? Thanks again Lou

Lou. I cleaned some moly off using acetone and then tumbling them in corn media, came out nice. Gabe
