Moldafinio rifle action

Hi Folks,
I am looking for help? I found what I think is a good buy on a barrel that was taken off a Moldafinio rifle action, I have a Rem 700 clone action, I don't know if this matters the barrel is a 6.5x284. Would I have any other choice other than cut it off and rethread and re chamber it?

Factory barrel? Strait no taper? Finish length? attended purpose of final product?

My suggestion pending on your answers, would be find a lightly used no taper custom barrel at twist and caliber you want and have it re cut and cambered. 6.5x284 probably has had some heat through it..

I think you mean a Mo Defina Rifle. Mo is owner of Master Class Sports in Conn. (formerly Mo's Competitor Supplies), and a long long time supporter/supplier to the target shooting community.

Unless I knew the exact round count, and it was VERY low, I would pass on any used 6.5 X 284 barrel
