Model 7600 Remington

My buddy fired a shot and tried to pump a second round into chamber. From the clip it did not put the second round into the chamber. What is or probable cause of this problem?

Is it factory ammo or reloads?

Clip lips bent.

Wrong clip, like maybe from an older 760?
