MODEL 7 VS THE 700 WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES?

What are the differences of these two actions ,are any parts interchangable? Is it different on footprint and bolt spacing?

The only parts that will interchange are the triggers, and recoil lugs.

Are the barrel threads the same for both?

They are both set up for a 1.062 by 16 TPI shank, but they may or may not be the correct headspace for a different action...

Footprint is different, shorter than a 700 SA, bottom metal is different. I think all of the differences between the 2 is why you don't see the 7 used for a custom like you see the 700. No comparison in aftermarket parts between the 2, stocks, triggers, bottom metal, scope mounts, etc, you just don't have the selection as you do with the 700.
