Model 7 question

Anyone know if the distance from the trigger to the front of the mag well is shorter on the model 7 than on the model 700? If so, do you know by how much?

Who makes model 7 footprint actions other than Remington?
I've found PT&G and Defiance offer model 7 actions. Are there others?

If it's just PT&G and Defiance, would there be any question to go with Defiance?

I don't understand what you are asking but I have 2 Defiance Model 7 length actions.

Yeah - Looks like I was too succinct.

I was wondering who made model 7 footprint actions and, if the only people making them were PT&G and Defiance, would the choice be to go with Defiance?
The stuff I've bought from PT&G has worked out ok, but I've seen a fair number of negative comments on them.

Yes, go with Defiance for the win! PTG is still one big cluster fuxx. Hard to believe they are still in business.
