Modacam CZ FP mod

I’ve had some issues going on nothing dramatic with my CZ 457 firing pin.
I guess I’m a little OCD but first and a common occurrence a couple years ago my CZ pin chrome started flaking off. My home built rifle I think is extremely accurate but anyway I decided to try a Pete’s Pillars FP. I didn’t like it after firing several hundred rounds I had inconsistencies in my grouping. The only change was the FP and I couldn’t try my old CZ pin because I sold it. Well CZ parts are difficult to get sometimes and I couldn’t find one for a while.
I contacted Modacam Custom Rifles about doing a mod on the Pete’s FP he informed me the no longer did those pins due to inconsistencies. I finally located some factory CZ pins and purchased three so I sent one to Modacam for their handiwork mod. I got it back a couple weeks ago and installed but haven’t had a chance to go out and shoot. I’ll post the results here when I do hopefully back to the way my tack driver grouped.

Who has targets that show the improvement -- in a back to back test?
I understand the idea behind this but would like to see proof or hear from shooters that say it has helped scores I can't use one in my ARA CZ as it is not legal in Factory class but I shoot at other clubs so...

I have a Modacam FP, it will peen the face of the barrel if you dry fire. I dedicated that rifle for benchrest.
I dry fire practice a lot for NRL with another rig with the original factory pin,mine flaked. Zero issues.15-20k + mix of live and dry.Whidden has firing pins and springs for CZ's

I know a couple of well regarded 22 gunsmiths who have tested firing pin contours to develop a shape they concluded provides improvement, and use it regardless of who made the action.

Do not know on this paticular rifle.
Have not change a thing on rifle since I got the rifle from Modacam.Rifle shot sub.2 at Modacam with Midas. It shoots Center x here.2
