Misaligned scope base screws in Weatherby MK V ????

I have a 338-378 WBY Accumark . Bought rifle used hardly fired ,already had standard Leupold rings and bases. 40 rounds destroyed front Ring where it cams into base.( wiggled like jello) So i bought a Ken Farrell industries Steel rail Designed for this rifle. Had some Burris extreme tactical rings mounted scope and tried to bore sight it at 50 yds. I ran out of left wind age adjustment ! Zeiss V6 ,I removed the left turrent cap to make sure I was by passing the Zero stop . So could this one piece picatanny rail have revealed a misaligned factory scope base set ? What is the fix ?

I bought an aftermarket Brake called Lil Beast . It works better than factory brake, but maybe I should've bought the beast ? It comfortably thumps ya.

Years ago when they made us start using non-toxic shot for water foul hunting, my father bought a cheap Spanish made over and under 12 gauge that had 3 1/2" chambers. He also bought 2 boxes of 3 1/2" magnum ammo for it. When he passed away in 2004 that shotgun was sitting in his vault along with the two boxes of ammo less 3 shells. Pretty much says it all since he hunted ducks most every day.

But all this is no help to the OP. It could be he rail you bought is made wrong. Not really sure how to tell without taking it to a gunsmith and having it checked out.
