Thanks Russ, always fun meeting new fellow shooters and seeing some familiar faces again. If we can't make it next year, would you at least send us some cookies ?

Thanks for putting on a great match Russ. Good to see all of you again. I think my favorite part is still seeing your dad shoot and visiting with him.
Thanks to Russ and his whole team at Elk River Sportsman Club. As always great people and ran a great match. The North Country is a great place in July to escape the heat (most of the time).A BIG thank you to all competitors and volunteers at the Minnesota State MRP 600 yard match this weekend. Lightning shut us down yesterday after F-open shot 2 matches and FTR shot one. We finished the weekend with 6 matches total. The wind today made for some challenging conditions and everyone stepped up. We even had some 1st time tournament shooters that placed in some of the matches. A great weekend of shooting. Look foward to seeing all of our out state shooters again.
Russ
Very impressive is an understatement. I did not know he was 90 now. Flat out awesome. What a great guy.Not sure if you knew, but he turned 90 this year. He still shoots f class but does it from the bench now.
We have a rimfire benchrest league at our club and he won it last year. He was the 1st one to shoot a perfect score, 300-30x. thats at 100 yards with sub sonic match ammo, with old eyes.
Very impressive
You should have seen him driving his skid steer and punching post holes for the number boards at our spring work day....Very impressive is an understatement. I did not know he was 90 now. Flat out awesome. What a great guy.
Thanks much for the shout out! How about Chris Longley only dropping 7 pts to win F Open, great shooting and he says he is going to shoot TR at the MO State match.Congrats to Keith for tying the national record and setting a new old guy I mean.. Senior record with a 200-19x for FTR. Way to go dude.
Keep it simple or Todd will end up ordering a case of pizzas.I'll try to remember to put a cookie order on next year's registration form.
Thanks for helping me out with those. Paula bakes all the time, I don't need to eat all those treat's.
Fantastic shooting Keith, well done! I've watched Chris Longley shoot with Drew a few times at ENGC. I don't know that I've ever seen anyone make better or more consistent wind calls. Drew may also be at MO State, but that's not a certainty at this point. Regardless, anyone shooting in F-TR at that match has their work cut out as there are going to be quite a few VERY good shooters there. I'll be happy just to finish anywhere in the top 99% LOL. It will be fun, regardless. Thanks much for the shout out! How about Chris Longley only dropping 7 pts to win F Open, great shooting and he says he is going to shoot TR at the MO State match.
