Milling Spindle speed for Houge stock

What spindle RPMs (3/4") would you use to cut a Houge rubberized stock.
Using a friends mill to cut a std 700 bottom metal inlet to fit a M5 detachable metal .
Thought someone here has already done it before.

We use 2200-2600 depending on cutter profile. YMMV
