Midway USA returns

Midway USA has sadly changed their return policy. It has been such a great experience doing business with them knowing that they would always take anything back free of charge but now there is a charge for returns. I believe Potterfield has stepped back and new CEO is in command of the new warehouse and their new business model. I hope this policy changes but it's difficult times we experience nowadays!

Their higher on some things than Amazon , I recently bought some broadheads that were $10 less and free shipping than Midway.... I understand things are tough right now but there also tough for customers... A dollar or two is one thing but ten or twenty is another...

That was one of the last things Midway did right.
Now that's gone.
This new CEO probably has incentives in his contract that he has to meet
to make a butt load more money and free stuff isn't in his vocabulary.
It's all about the old mighty dollar.
They are making money, just look at the new warehouse.

Brownells has a good return policy, but they're very slow on processing (weeks), and it usually means store credit. But, they're still far better than most.

Terrible experience with Midway lately. Sent me the wrong product and making me ship back on my dime (they will refund after they get it) and then 2-3 days to process before they ever ship out the right product to me.

Since Larrry is not the man Midway has gone south. I try not to order from them. They moved into a new space, and forgot how they got there. Tommy Mc

That is ridiculous. They're not going to last too long if they're going to try and set the screws to the consumer in ways like that.

I sent them an Email a couple of months ago and told them " I'm done!" Take me off your list. I'll spend my money at the mom and pop shops, don't mind spending a few more bucks to keep them going. Or, the Vendors that actually give a crap. Midway has some buying power but doesn't pass it on. In fact the opposite. Customer service is horrible. I've spent a buck or two with midway over the last 20 years, no more.

I buy all my bullets now a days at Blue Collar Reloading. Besides the great prices, they are easy to work with. Problem is, like most suppliers, supplies are either very limited or non-existent.

I've been a very longtime customer of Midway, always liked them mainly because they had everything I wanted, kind of one stop shopping. But I've notice them slipping in the past few years. Not saying I won't use them in the future but I'm looking around for another supplier of shooting supplies.

Like everything else, nothing last forever.

I just received 4 tins of pellets from them. They came in Usps plastic bubble bag. 3 of the tins were bent up so bad I would need a screw driver to open them. I emailed them and told them I wasn't going to the trouble to return them because they didn't pack them properly and I would get my pellets else where. Then they offered to send me 3 new tins. I had just purchased 3 scopes and a 1000$ worth of reloading equipment the month defore. Plus another order was the wrong. I'm maybe done with them.

And Amazon is usually free shipping and free returns!
