Midway Notice Re 55gr V-Max

I'm on Midway's notification list for 55 grain Hornady Vmax bullets, 224 caliber.

Just got a notice that Midway is no longer carrying this product. Strange, this is a very popular hunting bullet for varmints and predators, or at least I thought so.

Anyway, Blue Collar Reloading has them and they are cheaper there. Go figure?

Seems odd though especially after the recent hoopla that they were opening a much larger facility soon.

They are changing the listing to one with a lot higher price. Wonder whatever happened with their shot mandate? The CEO pretty much told me his hands were tied even though they were not forced to mandate it from the govt

Thankfully the company I work for dropped the mandates like a hot potato the moment that the SCOTUS ruled it unconstitutional. IMO, any company without political agendas should have done the same.

I stopped buying from Midway back when they refused to sell ammo to anyone in Chicago, but they wanted you to buy other items from them. I told them to go scratch.
