Measuring groups

Take one shot at a target and have three different people measure it, it bet there will be a discrepancy in results.

Or to say it a little differently, even in score shooting it is sometimes difficult to determine eaxctly where the edge of a shot is.

Actually it wasn't a train wreck. The point of the thread ended when I posted the pick and we didn't hear from( the very certain about his opinion,) butch lambert, about me being right! Because let me tell you, he's measured a thousand groups, for 30 years and i don't know anything.

It was getting close to getting locked but we quit feeding the trolls.

I will admit this thread got a little abrasive for a while but overall I think there were some informative posts.

Funny how the train wreck threads are the most viewed and posted on.

I wonder what new shooters, the very people we need to join the sport, think about these kinds of threads. It can't be a positive influence.
