MDT Oryx Pistol Rem 700 Chassis

I have not seen many of these. MDT pistol chassis for Remington 700 SA. This one has a folding stock attached, brand is unknown. Excuse the blue tape, it is holding an action screw in. Asking $300 shipped. If I am too high, feel free to offer.

The chassis without folding stock is 2.09 lbs according to MDT. I tried weighing the folding stock, but the only scale I own is a scale for reloading and it is too heavy. Also to answer another question, the length from the front of the trigger guard to the end of the chassis is 12.25".
