This is an opinion (and nothing more than that):
GRT has max pressure as whatever SAAMI or CIP caps it at. That doesn't mean you can't go higher (many rifles are perfectly capable of exceeding that limit safely); just that you'll be in reasonably uncharted waters and should have a good grasp of, and willingness to heed, the signs of problems.
But if you take a step back, GRT also recommends staying 15% below that max pressure rating, and will warn you if you exceed *that* pressure. You might want to think about why that is.
