Match in Georgia called for snow??

Well once again the weather gods frowned on our 600 x 3 today at River Bend. On the way up I-575 to the club there was a lot of snow on the roads. The wind was blowing 15 to 30 mph. It,the snow) was actually an excellent wind indicator, much better than flags. But you could not see the target with irons at all. We shot two relays then said to heck with it.

Last year we had a big snow in April for our XTC match.

The only time it snows in Georgia is when you are dieing to shoot a match. Why!

PS: I don't want you Yankees to call us Southern boys sissies.
