I did ladder testing with a 3mm flash hole. the 3mm ladder test had a node at the similar grains as a standard flash hole. So i shot both the 3mm flash hole and the standard flash hole round robin. The target results are included. Only variable was the flash hole, same primer, bullet seating depth used. The velocities did not show the improvement I expected to see. The standard flash hole standard deviation 14 FPS, the 3mm flash hole standard deviation 17FPS.
