I’m considering purchasing an MPA production rifle. Seems to be very reasonable price and quality components, and 1/2” or better guarantee. I would appreciate hearing some firsthand feedback, and would enjoy seeing your target pics if you have them. Thanks.

Im sure they build a good rifle but like a lot of other companies- huge overhead. Some of these builders got so big so quick i dont see how people pay those prices.

I have one of their competition chassis - very nice to use with a fantastic range of adjustability to make yourself comfortable.

I think their chassis are top shelf, but I would steer clear of any of the PRS "production" rifles.
If you pm me, I'll give my real opinion, there is nothing but complaints about the first 2 companies to offer these.

I have had good CS with MPA in the past. They are very popular, so they are super busy and that might contribute to QC/CS issues. Phone calls can go unanswered, email is best! I have seen a few MPA rifle that shot well. I have been using their chassis for quite a while.

I wouldn't bother with "pms production class" nonsense. PRS production class is a joke and always has been. Out of a 100-125 person national match 1-3 people shoot production. Everything is the same (round-count/targets/time/competitors). It's really pointless. They do give a participation ribbon for "Top Production", but we are all the same and should compete together. You can get a new or used rifle in whatever caliber, stock, scope, color and come out and shoot. Don't buy something specific to stay in "production", buy the exact rifle & scope what you want and shoot it!

I don't own one but, have shot one. They are pretty nice and the action is sweeeeeet. In my mind...They are overpriced,
